A specialist in Donor Acquisition and Development, Jenn has led multiple CMS account teams through every aspect of a direct response fundraising program, including cutting-edge online integration programs. Her expertise has helped to transform programs for many of today’s leading non-profit organizations.
Dalton brings nearly a decade of copywriting and strategic creative direction to the senior leadership team at CMS. Mentored by Jerry Huntsinger and Roger Craver, Dalton’s skills lay in his ability to digest complex program information and extract the salient points that make truly compelling and revenue generating fundraising copy.
Debbie has developed the plans behind many of CMS’s most complex programs. She manages the strategy, planning, analysis and reporting for all CMS clients. Her skills include development of budget projections, creating cash flow models, applying modeling techniques to mail plans to yield the best results from our clients’ donor files, providing strategic recommendations, creating testing plans, building scenarios and executing high-level program performance analysis.
Roger is a lifelong pioneer in applying mass communications and technologies to the fields of activism and fundraising. In 2008 he sold the agency to Ellen Cobb Church and Jennifer Mercer. His groundbreaking work in fundraising has helped launch and sustain dozens of national and international organizations. The hallmarks of his career continue to increase, as he is ever advancing positive social changes.
